ROLE & IMPACT
As the Unity Tech Lead , my role extended beyond code to Strategic Technical Planning . Since the company's inception in the InnoFounder program, I provided the technical feasibility and high-fidelity prototypes required to secure funding from the Danish Film Institute and Innovation Fund Denmark (InnoBooster) .
I defined and created the Content Delivery Workflow using Unity Addressables and established the cloud infrastructure (AWS EdStart), ensuring the product met the strict quality criteria for the IMPACT EdTech (EU) selection.
Architecture & Challenges
The core challenge was building a Dynamic Asset Management System capable of handling over 740 unique assets (audio, sprites, prefabs) injected in real-time into minigames based on the selected language and user profile.
I implemented a Modular Architecture that decoupled data from logic. This allowed the "Game Scheme" content (co-financed by the Danish Film Institute) to be delivered dynamically via the cloud, optimizing app size while maintaining a secure, GDPR-compliant environment for children.
Key Features
Real-Time Asset Injection
Engineered a system managing 740+ assets to dynamically populate minigames and the avatar system without performance drops.
Strategic Grant Qualification
Architected the technical roadmap and prototypes that were decisive for the approval of the InnoBooster and Danish Film Institute grants.
LiveOps Pipeline
Defined the Addressables workflow allowing remote content updates without full app store resubmission.
Cross-Platform Cloud Sync
Implemented the API layer to sync user progress and profiles via AWS Backend across Android and iOS.
